Only OS installs and drive work involve your data, and those always start with a backup conversation and your written go-ahead.
Nine times out of ten on machines older than three years, the hard drive is the bottleneck, an SSD upgrade makes a bigger difference than double the RAM. Our free diagnosis reads your actual usage: if disk sits at 100% it's the SSD, if memory maxes out it's RAM, and if the CPU itself is the wall we'll honestly tell you an upgrade isn't worth the money.

Screens, keyboards, batteries, SSD/RAM upgrades and OS installs are typically same-day once you approve the estimate, many finish within 2–4 hours. Hinge rebuilds and motherboard work take 1–2 days because adhesives need curing time and board repairs need proper burn-in testing before we hand the machine back.
Replaced parts and our workmanship carry a 30-day Zerofix warranty, if a fitted screen develops lines or a new battery underperforms, we make it right free of charge. Branded SSDs and RAM additionally carry their manufacturer warranty, which runs much longer. Physical damage, liquid spills after the repair, and unrelated faults aren't covered, and every term is written on your WhatsApp invoice.
