Yes. Selected repairs such as screen, battery and port replacements carry a 30-day Zerofix warranty covering the part and our workmanship. You receive a warranty card with your bill, and claims are hassle-free, bring the device and the card, and we re-fix it free. Physical damage and liquid damage after the repair are not covered.
Yes. Every device gets a Zerofix ticket ID at check-in. Use it on our Track Repair page to see live status, received, diagnosed, awaiting approval, in repair, quality check and ready for pickup. We also send key updates, including photos where useful, directly on WhatsApp.
Yes, we offer doorstep pickup and drop for both mobiles and laptops. Book a slot on WhatsApp or through the Book Repair page, and our executive collects the device with a signed receipt. Pickup and drop is free on most repairs; a small charge may apply on minor jobs, which we confirm when you book.

Yes. After diagnosis, we send your itemised estimate on WhatsApp, parts, labour and ETA, in writing. Reply to approve, ask questions, or decline; nothing is repaired until you say yes. If you decline, you only pay the standalone diagnosis fee, if applicable.

Technicians work under a strict no-browsing policy, repairs are done in-house, and we ask you to remove or share lock codes only when the repair genuinely requires testing. For storage and recovery jobs, your data is never copied beyond the recovery target and is wiped from our systems after handover.
