Yes, bring it as-is. Before the device leaves your sight we sign out your accounts with you, remove activation locks, and run a certified factory erase you can watch. The sale is then recorded with the IMEI against your ID, which protects you legally for whatever happens to the device after the handover.

Selected refurbished devices carry up to 6 months of Zerofix warranty covering functional faults, the exact period is printed on the price tag and your invoice before you buy. Physical and liquid damage aren't covered, same as any warranty. Devices sold without warranty are clearly marked and priced accordingly.

Usually yes. Cracked screens, weak batteries and even dead devices have parts value, and the quote simply reflects the condition honestly. The only hard requirements are clean ownership, your ID, the device's IMEI intact, and no finance lock or reported-lost status on it.

Yes, both. Your old device is inspected and graded in the same visit, and its value is adjusted against a refurbished phone or laptop, or against your repair bill if you'd rather fix than replace. You pay only the difference, with everything itemised on one invoice.
