// WARRANTY

30-day warranty on selected repairs

Screen, battery and port replacements leave our bench with a 30-day cover on the part and our workmanship, stated on your invoice, tied to your ticket ID. Here's the cover, the exclusions and the claim path, minus the legalese.

  • Part + workmanship covered
  • Warranty card with every invoice
  • Most claims sorted in 24–48 hrs

// COVERAGE

What the 30 days actually cover

No asterisk maze, one list of what's in, one list of what's out.

Covered

  • Replaced parts, display, battery, charging port and similar, failing under normal use
  • The workmanship of the repair we performed, including any reassembly fault
  • Free re-inspection and rework if the same fault returns inside the window
  • Both original and OEM-grade parts, the grade you approved is printed on your bill

Not covered

  • Drops, pressure cracks or bent frames after delivery
  • Liquid damage after delivery
  • Faults unrelated to the repair done, a battery warranty doesn't cover a later speaker failure
  • Devices opened or repaired elsewhere after our work, warranty seals must stay intact
  • Liquid-damage treatment and board-level micro-soldering, best-effort work; any cover is stated on your invoice
  • Data loss, always back up before any repair

Warranty on refurbished devices

Graded refurbished phones and laptops from our stock carry their own cover, typically 90 days on grades A+ and A, and 30 days on grade B, always printed on the invoice. The scope mirrors the repair warranty: functional faults are covered, physical and liquid damage are not.

// WARRANTY FAQS

Common warranty questions

What the cover means in practice, and how part grades affect it.

  • Yes. Selected repairs such as screen, battery and port replacements carry a 30-day Zerofix warranty covering the part and our workmanship. You receive a warranty card with your bill, and claims are hassle-free, bring the device and the card, and we re-fix it free. Physical damage and liquid damage after the repair are not covered.

  • We offer both, clearly labelled. Wherever original parts are available we quote them first; high-quality OEM-grade alternatives are offered as a budget option with the difference explained upfront. The part grade you approved is printed on your bill, and warranty applies to both options.

A repair you can lean on, or we redo it free.

Book with a clear estimate up front and a 30-day cover behind selected repairs, your ticket ID keeps the whole story traceable.
